		BILL GIESSING Vice President, Project Management Bill serves as the Vice President of Project Management for Brockmiller Construction, Inc. He provides the daily management for the project team and personally handles the coordination and management of all project services to include pre-construction, estimating, scheduling, competitive bidding, contract administration, budgeting and financial management. Educational Background Texas A&M University Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, 1985 Professional Experience 20 Years of Management and Leadership Experience 10 Years with Brockmiller Construction 2 Years with Pepsico 8 Years with the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers CINDY DETRING Vice President, Financial Administration Cindy serves as the Vice President of Financial Administration for Brockmiller Construction, Inc. She reports directly to Paul Brockmiller and oversees all company accounting practices and related information systems. She is responsible for bonding and insurance both administrative and job related, office administration and supervision, the preparation of financial statements and preparation for the annual audit.
